At Matrix Collectables, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most full-priced and sale items, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is returned in its original, sealed, unused and resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is not excluded under this policy.

All returned items will be inspected before a refund, exchange or store credit is approved.

Trading Card Game (TCG) & Sports Card Products

Due to the collectible and randomised nature of these products, all sales of Trading Card Games (TCG), Sports Cards, sealed booster packs, booster boxes, cases, card boxes and similar collectible card products are final.

These products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind once purchased.

This policy helps ensure the integrity and authenticity of sealed collectible products for all customers.

Change of Mind

For eligible non-TCG products, we may offer a refund, exchange or store credit where:

  • The product is unopened, unused and in resalable condition.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the parcel and products received

We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Buy Now, Pay Later Orders

For orders paid using Buy Now, Pay Later services (including Zip), any approved refund may be subject to applicable transaction fees where permitted by law and in accordance with the provider's terms and conditions.
