Shipping Policy

At Matrix Collectables, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, new product releases or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

For selected high-value orders, Signature on Delivery may be required to help ensure your parcel is delivered securely.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, parcel size and weight.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Information

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's delivery network.

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by Australia Post.
